Back in Victoria

It was a long, long journey to get here yesterday - around 20 hours of public transport - but I made it. And I slept.

This morning I got up and headed to my favourite diner John's Place, just a few doors along from hostel and had a pancake with banana..also a lot of coffee!

The weather was gorgeous, so I walked through town then out around the harbour to Fisherman's wharf. It was a lot quieter than last time I was here, so I managed to get some proper pictures of the cute little float homes. I then walked back to the Parliament building and had my usual sit/sunbathe on the grass and read my book.
