Full Colours

William had his first sports day today. He loved every minute of it. I would have used him as my blip but al the photos had other children in them, bar one when he is running away from the camera, and the school are so particular about photography. We weren't allowed to take photos at the Christmas show, so I am surprised we were allowed to today.

We also received William's report today. It was a lovely report to read. He is more than ready for school, meeting expectations in all areas and exceeding expectations in Communication and Language, Literacy and in Understanding the World. Very proud of my boy today.

Carys went into school this morning in a grump, but she came out bouncing because she had been awarded Full Sports School Colours for outdoor athletics. At WR they get full colours for representing the school outside of school. So she has a little certificate and a badge that she can wear on her uniform (Note to self, check uniform for badge, before putting it in the wash!). Not the best photo, but the best I could do to capture her face and the badge as she refused to take it off for the photo.
