Podere San Lorenzo

View from the poolside at our agriturismo. First day of our holiday on Tuscany. Not a bad way to spend the afternoon. The morning was spent having a wander round nearby Volterra where we had the traditional gelato followed by lunch.

This is our 4th visit to Tuscany / Umbria. I don't usually believe in revisiting places as there are so many different countries to see in the world. But this part of Italy has a special place in our hearts and we love to come back. We haven't been to this particular area before so it is a little different at least!
