Bullring

Lots of photos from which to choose for today's blip as we circumnavigated Lake Pátzcuaro, visiting the many small villages that line its shores. We found this old bullring at the crest of a hill on the other side of the lake from where we started. It looked like it hadn't been used in a number of years, but its location and the cloud formations made for some ice shots anyway. I pulled out my wide angle in order to include the whole thing and sufficient sky. I don't think this lens is really designed for my full frame sensor as there is quite a bit of vignetting, but for a subject like this it exactly what I needed. More detail when viewed large.
