Merlot is a bit bossy today - must be the heat.

After thunderstorms last night & rumbles of thunder this am it is very hot outside. Despite that I gave the car a good hoover out & checked all the levels ready for tomorrow.

I'm watching the lunchtime news which is telling me of the horrific plane crash which took place yesterday in Eastern Ukraine killing 298 people. The news also said that the storms last night caused 3000 lightning strikes in the UK.

It can be a shocking world to live in (no pun intended).
