The First Apple

After a lot of time and effort spent Packing, we finally headed to the countryside cottage. Our time there is Now, apparently. Wiser after the last time, which, all in all, ended well, mum has now put up a compost grating kind of fence in the opening facing the gravel road. And, when not supervised, my harness is attached to the running line. It is in itself not attached to anything, but it's length and reflectiveness makes it easier to find and grab me if necessary. Mum says.

I say this: I found the first green apple of the season, and ate parts of it happily. There were frisbees, different balls, apple tree sticks and barks of innumerable dogs, real and imagined, in the distance to answer. Great fun!
