An Avid Lensman

What's at the Bottom of your Industrial Estate?

Those of you - and not everybody did! - saw and commented on the previous day's portrait of my father, thank you. He is fine.

Sunday 13th July

OK, most industrial estates don't have the River Nadder flowing next door and I suppose neither do they have all those security lights - keeping pesky thieves - and photographers - from climbing over fences and walls nicking stuff, streaming out, picking out nearby trees, either...

But in this case - and aided by just over four minute's exposure, sends it all into an other-wordly glow of weird colours. With stars trailed above and twirling duck below (see whitish shape in water) and even hints of tripod legs (I could see my shadow at the time and so removed myself from the scene during exposure. As there are several light sources, there are several sets of shadowy tripod legs!

Worth looking in LARGE!

Lens is Nikkor 10-24mm
