Pan-Roasted Chicken with Herbes de Provence.

After the plethora of Blip material over the last week, I'm now back to working stiff Emergency Blip territory. This chicken takes about twenty minutes to bang out, served over pasta, add sour cream and some mustard by way of sauce and straight to the table.
