Pitch

The builders are back, and replacing the kitchen roof. We have opted for a pitched roof which will match the bathroom above and the conservatory next to it (still to be built). Meanwhile I painted the kitchen ceiling (again!) and the walls. Mr PB does all the neat finishing, so between us we are a good team.

I slept with Tallulah again downstairs. She had a much better night and didn't get me up till 5.00am . After she had been out she came in and looked longingly at the stairs. She tried the first few but couldn't manage it so I carried her up. She slept on the landing till 8 when we were woken by the builders. Today she has been much better, still hobbling and tottering but getting around much better. She ate breakfast which was mainly roast chicken and dinner which had some kibble in it as well as roast chicken and its jelly. Luckily she scoffed the lot as it stinks - we are veggies! Tonight she asked for a walk so we took her on a tiny walk which seemed enough. Another day :)
