Carrot top - and (virtually) invisible friend!

I was fascinated by this unfolding Wild Carrot flower head, but it was only when I got home that I noticed that there was a very tiny butterfly perched on the side of it.
Excellent camouflage, little one!


(It has been a somewhat hectic time recently what with one thing and another and I’m only now managing to get on the laptop for long enough to fill in the gaps I left over the past few days. I will also try, over the coming few days, to catch up on everyone else’s blips too, so please forgive me if it looks like I’ve been ignoring everyone. Taking the photos is relative easy, but getting myself organised enough to actually get them onto blipfoto occasionally proves problematic! I will get there – eventually!)
