an amazing hour

I was up early this morning and thought I might try to see the skylarks but when I got there the field had been cut and the skylarks gone.

But as one door closed another opened, I spotted a buzzard, then heard calls and saw 3 in the air. I crept into a good spot and spent the most amazing hour watching them hunt (unsuccessfully). I rattled off a card full of shots and I am not sure I have picked the best one but please look at others in my blipfolio where there is a small collection of the others. There are so many more, I have never got so many decent images in 1 hour, I need time to sort them :)))
