Good deed

Done it again.
Proud to be able to give blood and save a life somewhere along the line. But not loving the actual experience.
But I am so thankful for those donors who have saved many in my family, my brother especially through giving blood.
Thankfully my blood came out super quick and it was over in a flash!
A long day in uni with my data and making some sense of it all.

Then a drive home in the gorgeous sunshine. Lynsey popped over for a cuppa in the garden abc it was lovely to see her again! Then we were getting all packed up for the car booting!!
