A Hint of Light

Headed round to the garage after work in the freezing cold to pick up the broken car. It's had all sorts of unblocking and flushing done and clamps, mid bits, rear bits, gaskets and brackets fitted. The screeching restarted 4 miles in to the homeward journey. Sigh.

However, onwards and upwards. It's the weekend and rather excitingly it was light at 5pm. The blip-testing time is nearly over. Whatsmore, the Grassmarket looked busy with people sensing a hint of spring and going out for the evening.

Just realised it's still only January; is all this excitement a bit premature?
