Golden slippers for the girl

We went into Conkers in Totnes to have a look at winter boots for me. Hmmm, said the girl, I really like those gold shoes Mummy. Cutting a long story short, the girl has odd sized feet (from me), so there's a pair being made in soft gold leather with a special request Barbie pink insole. They can be stretched/re-soled up a size as her feet grows.

Now I can choose boots for me that will fit my odd, high-arched feet.
