Jetlag

Jetlag ensured that I was wide awake at 4:30am which meant that the woofer and I were in the park by 5am.

Just as well we went early as it was 32 degrees later on - far too hot to go out. Instead I stayed awake by tackling the long overdue wardrobe spring clean. The woofer caught up on some snooze time after his recent holiday - clearly he's had a hectic time!

Following a respectable afternoon siesta (for both of us) I'm now watching the Commonwealth Games. Once the temperature drops a little lower we shall venture outside.

Jet lag is your soul trying to catch up after flying.
