Houseboat

This morning the owner of the company erecting our steelwork came on site to discuss the problems and what could be done about them. He was here for two and a quarter hours discussing the work with the GOG. Hopefully they now know what they are doing and work should recommence tomorrow morning.

Victoria does not work for me, as she does her ‘A’ level preparation, on Tuesdays and as there were no builders on site we went into Bishops Stortford. The GOG is now allowed to drive again after his abdominal surgery so we went in his car. We had lunch out, but no cake. Then we had a walk around the shops purchasing a few items before returning home.

The weather today has been very hot with wall-to-wall sunshine; today’s blip shows a Houseboat on the River Stort with a blue sky in the background.
