50 days to go
I was in Edinburgh last night but after a number of meetings this morning I set off back to Glasgow and the Games.
I had arranged to visit the Commonwealth Games International Broadcasting Centre at the SECC to meet some of the 250 or so broadcasting and engineering trainees from Scotland's Colleges and Universities who were working with the host broadcasters to gain experience in a unique environment.
It was a fascinating visit and the enthusiasm of everyone taking part was infectious. But this image stole the show - the team from Australia's Network Ten securing the vast range of output they have to provide for their home audience on the other side of the globe whilst identifying with Scotland by wearing what are called Jimmy Wigs.
