Poppies

I saw these wild poppies on the dog walk this morning. They are dying off now but there’s still one of two in flower. I like the contrast between the delicate flowers and the wooden panels of the fence.

Later we sat in the garden relaxing and listening to Bruce Springsteen on the Bluetooth speaker.
