Rabbi Burns challenges the Duke of Wellington!

The equestrian Wellington Statue, most often featured with a traffic cone on its head, on Royal Exchange Square in Glasgow, is one of the city's most iconic images and was featured in the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games.

Now someone has put a tartan scarf and bunnet (Glaswegian for bonnet) on the Statue of Robert Burns in George Square.
