Giving Blood

My appointment to give blood came round again today. The West End Donor Centre is just around the corner from my office. The donation went well with not too much waiting around.

Met up with two friends for an early evening meal at a restaurant in Charlotte Street. We had tasty noodles and lovely ginger lemonade and had a good chat. V went on to an evening class and N and I headed back to Paddington to share the journey home.
