Mömmur og möffins / Mothers & Muffins

Five years ago a group of women started this event of selling decorated cupcakes to raise money for the maternity ward at our local hospital. There was a big crowd in Lystigarðurinn/Botanical garden today when the event started and lots of people paid happily for their baked goods to share with family and friends. Colors, smiles and excellent weather - what more could we ask for?

...well, the icing on the cake will be the circus-show I'm going to see tonight :)
