Sunny Penrith Station

We went to Penrith Station this evening to collect our daughter from the Euston train. My blip was going to be of the station itself, but this one taken very quickly as she walked towards us, laughing because she had travelled First Class after an investment of £4.50, eclipsed the boring station pictures.

She has travelled up for the Games tomorrow and will be travelling back from Glasgow tomorrow evening – probably not First Class. We are all going to the Netball – yes even me!! She had to leave her husband behind in London, as he has chicken pox, and I decided to use his ticket. This might be the first bit of sport I have ever been to.
