Almost gone

In honour of Monochrome Monday, here's the Shrubhill complex almost gone. Apologies, but I went to town a bit on photoshop here, trying out effects I'd never dared use before.

Anyway, Monday has almost been and gone and its effects have been barely felt - except by me, who had to go to see the personal trainer this morning, and suffered the consequences.
