Selfie Intended

My daughters bought me this framed print of Liverpool Cathedral for my birthday and I love it.Taken in 1959 only four years before I was born but it looks like ancient history doesn't it.
My Great Grandfather was a stone mason on the cathedral before going to fight in the first world war and like many we lit a candle last night and put the lights out in the house to remember the start of the war 100 years ago.I can stand in a free country and take this because his generation had the courage to stand for what they believed.
Probably nonsense I know,but still.

A good day at work with a lot achieved and a few orders in which is always nice.
