Bukit Timah: The highest point in Singapore

Whoops got the date wrong.. Yesterday we visited the highest point in Singapore, a whole 163m a.s.l. It was a tough walk in the heat, but worth the claim. Whilst at the nature reserve we also saw monkeys, which were cute to us but likely a pest to the locals. Apparently they swarm the NTU campus. As it was Wednesday it was also ladies night and this was my first outing. We first went to The Exchange for free martinis then to Ku De Ta the club at the top of the Marina Bay Sands hotel, which was incredible. The view was spectacular, and the slightly out of date music added to the effect. All was wonderful (except for Katie, who had the stress of dealing with far too drunk Jameequa on the taxi ride home)
