Lauriston Castle

Taken at the (rather overgrown) pool just before the actual 'castle'. This is my very-first visit, despite passing it almost every school day back when I was at Heriot's.

On this occasion, I happened-by when the Davidsons Mains Pipe Band were having a photo-call.

I've been back since but this pond is almost unseen, due to the weeds. Such a pity when I like reflections. This shot is upside-down, of course!
