Arugula

Arugula, or rocket as it is known in England and currently my favorite salad green. I know it's not called rocket because it rockets up, but it should be! This plant is now (obviously) quite mature, but I'm still picking the leaves off it. Delicious! And the bees love it too, which is another reason for letting it do its own thing in the vegetable garden.
