Ae fond kiss, and then we sever

There was a great atmosphere at the closing ceremony of Glasgow 2014 and many moments that I loved.

Especially the whole crowd singing Dignity ...and Auld Lang Syne ...and quite a lot of Kylie's back catalogue!

But we mostly let Karen Matheson's beautiful voice tackle 'Ae Fond Kiss' on its own, listening, watching the lovely interaction between the volunteer performers and athletes.

With cheers, and a few tears, it was over.
