Best friends

I see these two characters several times a week on my runs (and those of you who've seen previous blips will recognize the windmill), and I rarely have time to stop and chat to them. This morning, before 8am, despite the clock ticking on my training schedule, I stopped at we exchanged a few pleasantries, and I took their photo.

Soon they went back to their grazing. Not a lot of grass to be honest, but their adjacent stable was hung with hay nets.
