Steak for dinner anyone?????

It never ceases to amaze me what I meet in the roads here! This was a first! I have seen meat in the market like this or on the side of the road but never been wheeled up the road in a wheelbarrow......they had just stopped for a rest - it must be pretty heavy!!

Had a really busy day as we get organised for the Board meeting tomorrow. Two of the members will not come - we could not get in touch with them. They were sent letters a few weeks ago which have not arrived, and when we got one of them this afternoon it was too late for him to make it here tomorrow. Where they stay is really quite remote and there is no phone network!! I hope everyone else will come though!

Still some presentations to work on so haven't time to be on blip!!
