Weather Watching

I waited in the car for a few minutes until there was a break in the weather to get this photo. The bench is very close to the car park so it's an easy option :o)

Went to bed with a beast of a headache last night that carried on today. Wasn't a migraine, but I think my change in diet and lack of caffeine went straight to my head - literally! I drank plenty of water but it didn't make a difference.

I barely made it the office today but eventually it wore off, so on my next diet day (Thursday), I'll see how it goes.
