my little friend

so tiny! This lizard is perched on the edge of a round side table that sits between two chairs on our front porch. Disregard the dust! I managed to get pretty close, so he or she looks larger in this photo than he or she actually is. I brought my art journal outside to photograph because of the light. I've been working it it every morning! The progress is shown here :)

I love watching these little creatures... more details large. Some scurry away, some stay perfectly still and some of them watch me as well! Happy days to you, make the best of them.
