Hammer Time?

Emma and I had lunch at Riverside Studios and got chatting to this fella, who we were told by the staff was MC Hammer. Having done some internet searching later I'm not so sure. He looks a bit like Mr Motivator of GMTV fame. Hmmmm. Lovely fella anyway - and a very funny and memorable lunch, whoever he is!
