Whisky galore!

Every time I see these bonded whisky warehouses, visible from Dumyat, a favourite mountain walk of mine, I am reminded of a Russian journalist whom we once entertained.

He saw the warehouses and assumed they were some kind of secret military establishment and began taking photos of them.

In the distance you can see Grangemouth, the beating industrial heart of central Scotland, with its oil refineries and the scene of a very nasty industrial dispute some months ago.
