Tram

Decided to go for a ride on the Edinburgh trams today. At the starting point in York Place the tram was quiet, at the second stop in St.Andrew's Square it filled up a bit, and by the third stop, on Princes Street, it was full to capacity. It, more or less, remained this way right out to the Gyle centre, so with trams running every eight to ten minutes, that's a decent number of people using the system?
After all the controversy over the tram project, it is good to see the system up and running, but it would be even better if all the routes originally planned had been built as well.
