Smokin'

Huge amounts of smoke and fog were being exuded over Gloucester docks this morning in a practise for tomorrow's filming of Through the Looking Glass.

Huge crowds had gathered too to see the effects as it wafted over the water, churning out from ribs in the canal to pumps on the dock side, billowing in clouds to obscure buildings which would also be screened to get 'the look'.

They apparently needed to know how much smoke they would need for the effects to work. A lot would be my guess!

This is the The Wonder a three masted frigate now currently docked outside the Waterways Museum.
