Look at my wings!

Sadly Chrispics left today, but I doubt whether either of us could have kept up the pace for much longer. I climbed Blackford Hill and then checked out the pond for the first time in three weeks. I couldn't see any of the juvenile coots, so hope they have moved on safely to some other pond. The cygnets were bigger, almost as big as their parents, although their necks still have some growing to do. And as you can see from this cygnet, their wings are now beginning to look as if they could do some flying.

Go large for bigger feathers.
