skylight laboratory

I have no idea what this building is for although I am vaguely aware that it is some sort of laboratory of some kind which sits on a road just off the M56. Given that lady sp33d is the fountain of all knowledge she'll nodoubtknow but seeing as she is now in bed snoring in noddy land and seeing as I'm about to follow soon I'll update my words some other time.
