A Mixed Bag

A mixed day of work on the computer relieved by a brisk walk into town and a cafe mocha. A mixed bag of weather too, including, black clouds, hurrying showers, strong winds - though thankfully, some sunny spells during which the bees rushed out to work quickly.

There are over 250 species of native bee in the UK. I think this is one of the 'solitary' group.
