Freebee!

I popped into our local nursery this afternoon, as I needed a new pot for the rose I bought recently. Whilst in there, I picked up a strange looking plant (which I will blip at some stage) and also a Scabious.
As I took it to the till, I noticed this big bee happily collecting pollen. The man at the counter said, 'Oh that's a freebie' which tickled me so much I thought I'd use it for my blip.
As it happened, the bee didn't fly off when I put the plant in the car, so I drove a mile down the road, hoping that it wouldn't decide to panic half way there and start buzzing around the car.
I managed to get the rose into it's new pot on the patio and I'm pleased with my purchase. I also cleared the lawn of apples. Lots of people have asked me for some but I may have to put a bag on the gate, so that people can help themselves. I love this time of year.... the hedgerows are weighed down with berries. Must remember to take some containers when I go dog walking.
