Mystery Visitor?

Tony and I spotted this mystery visitor in the elder tree at the same time. We both thought it might be a juvenile starling but on closer look we are not so sure. Help us out please! Are we right and it's a starling or do we have an exciting new bird on our feeders?!

My hoverfly from yesterday hit the Spotlight Page, woo hoo...how does that happen then?
