New Life

Today is the one year anniversary of the Black Saturday - horrendous bush fires that killed 173 people and destroyed over 2000 homes in Victoria.

Every day I go to work I drive through an area that was affected by the fires. It is a reminder of the tragedy that occurred. It makes you realise that you have to make the most of the time you have because you never know what can happen.

There is new growth on the trees lining the road that I drive along. Green against black. New life.
