Pictorial blethers

Still spreading ...

Despite the sudden chill of the current northerly airstream, the flowers in my new border continue to spread happily, clashing pinks and purples and red with total abandon. The pink ones - are they Busy Lizzie? - have all but swamped the neighbouring wee blue jobs, but I've discovered they do well when cut and shoved in an old crystal mustard pot with a silver lid.

The sweet peas growing up the hedge behind the border seem slightly daunted by the change in the weather just as they were flowering; perhaps a little more sun and warmth would encourage the many flower buds to perform before it's too late ...

...As this blip is also late, and slightly desperate. Ah well.
