Sweet Sixteen

My Niece is 16 today and we bought her a silver charm to go on her new bracelet. She loves handbags and so I'm hoping that she'll like this. She loves photography so perhaps a Blipfoto membership would have been more useful :-)

I got lots more pruning done today and although I was balancing precariously on top of the step ladders, I still managed to avoid the huge thorns on the pyracantha. I love this plant and so do the blackbirds but it was threatening to pull the fence down, so lots of the unripened berries had to be forfeited.
