Another blip and update about the amazing Lake Clinic in Cambodia this morning!

"Here at TLC we have been focusing a lot of our clinical energy on malnutrition; screening school children; asking a nutritionist to assess what is actually being eaten and what choices are people making. Taking the initiative is one of The Lake Clinic's cooks, Si Sathya. She decided on her own to begin teaching sessions about not just the need for better nutrition, but also how to buy and prepare a variety of foods--most people, a huge majority, live on rice, chilli, and salt. Even though they are surrounded by fish their actual consumption of fish is low; preferring to sell it for money/rice rather than eat it themselves."
