Close To The Edge

Some years ago we met a quite elderly  man at the top of Great Gable who told us about a little viewpoint slightly down a bit from the top and a bit further on . He said it was his favourite place and he would like his ashes scattered there when the time came .  
I don't know if that has happened yet but you can kind of see what he means, as this is the view from that spot on Great Gable looking over Wastwater.
LooseCanon took his picture from very close to the edge and shows a slightly different angle. He did well considering his fear of heights.
