Tour De Belfort Vineyard

I a few weeks time it will be time to pick the grapes and here's Eugene owner of the Tour De Belfort Vineyard tasting them for sweetness.
This year there hasn't been to much sun so he's decided to remove some of theleaves that cover the grapes to expose them to more sun and get them nicely ripened.
The vineyard is an organic one and the wine they produce is probably the best in the Lot valley as their multitude of awards show.
