Lemon croak

I feel how this lemon looks and the bugs still need to move on from my throat.

Quite a few variations on lemon and honey drinks consumed today. Mostly I just slept and occasionally read short stories.

Hard to imagine me running 4 hours of training tomorrow but we'll see what another day brings.
