Meet Rosie and Sharon, smiling while guarding themselves from the weather. When big things are happening, such as colleges reforming and merging, it is too easy to forget that behind the big headlines, there are good people working hard and making it happen.

Rosie works for the Scottish Government, and Sharon for the Scottish Funding Council. Not institutions that are inundated with praise,... but individuals like Rosie and Sharon should be.
