Six days til first day of spring

The weather the past week has been superb - especially for winter - with cooler, crisp mornings, but with fantastically sunny and warm afternoon's. The blossom on our plum tree is just starting to bloom. I just hope we don't have too many more frosts, or it will kill any chance of the tree fruiting in the new year.

The calves are really enjoying being outside in the paddocks. And what fantastic weather conditions to be born in.

We are now half way through calving. It has certainly been a busy 3 weeks. Hopefully the next 4 weeks won't be as hectic.
